ComputerCareOn BankofAmerica Surely the kind of bandwidth consumption you’re talking about can only come from DDOS and other botnet attacks, not individuals. Blocking whole IP blocks seems like a pretty lazy way to mitigate that, and also hurts individual (legitimate!) users.
