    1. Ran a study last week. I decided to run multiple at the same time, but didn’t change it so each one logs out to a different file. Different clients were appending to the same server file at the same time. Turns out that’s a race condition causing overwritten data #PhDie

    Occasionally someone at work will ask why they can’t just use my prototype code in production. That’s why. I’m a mediocre developer and a pretty meh “mainstream” UX designer

      But combining those skills with domain knowledge and a willingness to go deep, learn, and explore weird concepts sometimes yields worthwhile results.
