        Has me thinking again about the future of my own region. Part of me is very bullish on real estate in the Great Lakes region. The whole south and west of the US will have to move when there’s no water there. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Lakes_Megalopolis

      But I worry about resource wars. Will the Great Lakes Compact states/provinces be able to defend themselves? Will powerful “countries” (e.g., China or California) try to take it? Will they allow export? At what cost. Sustainably?
