JeremyNeedle Obviously what I’m wondering is about Yiddish, so ‘feh’ is an appropriate example. Words like “latke”, “polke”, etc., are usually pronounced with ‘-uh’ instead of ‘-eh’ by English speakers (which is fine, that kind of shift happens when moving between languages).
