    nuthatch Really good point! Maybe problems arise when UX/user research finds that users* have a mental model that differs from the underlying data model. Letting the data model shine through often isn’t ideal ux, because details need to be abstracted away (or even totally changed)

      nuthatch * I say “users” even though you hate it because developers, UX designers, and researchers are people, too. Needed to specify which people ;)
