    nuthatch You kid, but there’s some depth to this joke. This Shabbat, the Shabbat before Purim, is called Shabbat Zakhor — the Shabbat of Remembering — named for the first word of an extra Torah reading that’s traditionally read.

        nuthatch What does it mean to not forget to not remember? Maybe it’s important to remember The What — horrible things someone did — so we can learn from history, but to forget The Who — the name and legacy of individuals.
