  1. Which department at ATT do I send the invoice for the time I’ve spent on the phone with them? Currently at 1h5m and about to escalate to tier 2 fml

      Update: they were not able to resolve my issue after 1 hour 33 minutes on the phone. I have requested a credit to my account to compensate for lost work hours.
