octothorpe nuthatch Right, it’s just that I think that only works up to a point. What Apple provides in their frameworks is enough to create a decent-looking/behaving app, but the html spec doesn’t.

octothorpe nuthatch Most of what MD provides (toolbars, cards, progress bars, etc.) isn’t native to the web, and making everyone design and build them themselves leads to less consistency across apps (not to mention is wasteful).
