Ilana_Who_ To me, nationalism — especially ethnoreligious nationalism — is the romanticized idea of having a “homeland” instantiated as a modern political nation-state. That idea, by definition, necessitates keeping out others whose “home” the powers deem ‘not there’. That’s why I oppose it
