    1. I’m waaay more comfortable in the Python world (esp conda), and the npm/node toolchain is only just beginning to make sense, but I’m taking y’all’s advice for my site redesign. And so it begins: npm install --save-dev @11ty/eleventy

    It seems like there are a lot of cases where 11ty and Nunjucks offer similar functionality. For example, I could use 11ty shortcodes or Nunjucks macros. In those cases, probably best to prefer the 11ty way because that’d make porting to a different template engine easier?
