    1. Electoral College exists to overweight slave states. So does Senate. Get rid of EC, but does that mean changing apportionment of the latter?

    RT [🔒] I could be wrong, but Wikipedia says the opposite is true. Slave states favored proportional representation: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Connecticut_Compromise
