offlinemimi Interesting, thanks. I’ve been #teamRobertLustig (aka sugar is evil) for a while. His focus is on metabolic syndrome, which, according to Wikipedia, is only associated with “central obesity” (ie belly fat), not general body shape. He even says being fat itself isn’t the problem.
